Bio...Children's book author Kevin (Doorknob the Rabbit and The Carnival Of Bugs) Serwacki once dubbed me "The Bad-Ass Of The Crafting World." I, The Gil-Monster -caffeine, endorphins and adrenaline on legs, spitting humorous cocktails of venom and irony in your ear- try hard to maintain this title.
...I can't honestly imagine how difficult that might be, but you can't say I don't relish my position.
My current project is the marketing and promotion of my patented board game: an orgy of epically gory proportions called AMPUTHEATRE. It uses custom figures of evil serial killers with removable limbs and a splatter-based combat system which drowns the playfield in limbs and blood. Lots of fun!
I also sell my own handmade pipecleaner monsters on my Etsy page: Chenille Macabre. Check them out, and please, buy often!
(This charming nine-foot-mutha is Crucifiend. He accompanies any post that announces an upcoming game of AMPUTHEATRE. If you are 17 years of age or over, come check out one of my recreational bloodbaths at Millennium Games.)
...This is the Fuzzy Deviants gallery. For pipecleaner work that isn't AMPUTHEATRE. My nightmares take flesh... well, not so much flesh as chenille stems, felt, acrylic paint, and the odd toy weapon or bleached bone. Check them out.
...For ten years (on and off) I have written and illustrated the humorously nasty exploits of Perky & Slick. The plot's pretty simple- an oblivious dog named Perky is routinely saved by his no-nonsense deer-girlfriend Karma from his comedic partner Slick descending the entire comic into darkness.
I love watching cheesy movies, and one of the joys LiveJournal has given me is the ability to write about all the ones I've seen over the years to an audience. This link will take you to the archive. (Check the Links bar on my Journal page for links to cheesy movies I have made!)

dostoevsky_girl and make a freakin' spectacle of myself at various retail outlets in the Tri-State area. In my spare time, I watch a crapload of bad movies with my friends, play a crapload of video games, and rock out on life at the club Vertex, beast-dancing to extreme metal.
